Sitting Rooms
Sufficient fireplace draught is ascertained.
Bedrooms
Cupboards and floors checked for defects.
Dining Rooms
Walls, floors and ceilings checked for defects.
Stairs
Stairs are checked for level and correct positioning of posts and railings.
General
The general workmanship and condition of the entire building is thoroughly inspected for defects. Amongst others, floor level, skirting boards, painting, doors, windows, floor and wall coverings, light fittings, light switches and locks.
