Fee Structure A site inspection and a comprehensive report on every aspect of the building is submitted to the client following an agreed fee, depending on the size and location of the property.

Photographs Digital images of defects are provided free of charge. If hard copy prints are requested, an additional fee of 20euros, per set of 10 photographic prints is applicable.

Payment Payment is accepted by credit card, bank draft, direct debit, direct deposit or alternatively by cheque. Once payment is verified an appointment to view the property is made at the clients convenience.

Access It is the clients responsibility to allow access to the property. Any keys or special arrangements with builders are at the clients discretion. After the necessary arrangments have been made, keys will be collected and a site inspection undertaken.

Your details will not be passed on to any other third party or used by us in any way, other than for the transaction specified.
