We accept no responsibility whatsoever, for any loss arising out of the use of our reports or due to any advice given by our inspectors. Our inspection reports are to be utilised at the clients discretion. The reports point out visible defects. We accept no liability or responsibility, for any contractual obligations, that the client has undertaken with the builder or any other party.
